Individualized Gifted Learning System
All of our students experience learning through The National Academy for the Gifted in different ways. Because all gifted children have different learning styles, we have designed our online home education curriculum to fit each child’s learning style like a glove.In addition to providing a variety of learning methods (visual, spatial, auditory, hands-on, etc.), we allow all children to work at their own pace. This means that accelerated learners can work ahead. Similarly, students who need more time to focus on a given subject can spend as much time as they need to fully comprehend the subject matter.
Our curriculum is available 24/7 so that your child can work at night, on weekends, and in any time zone.
Academic Advisors
Our Academic Advisors are dedicated to providing you and your child with personal counseling throughout your enrollment at The National Academy for the Gifted. They have been specially trained to meet the needs of gifted students and are enthusiastic about customizing our program for your child, ensuring a perfect fit. When you enroll, you will be assigned an Academic Advisor. This person will check in frequently to answer any questions that you have about your account information, grades, academic status, and more. They will provide regular encouragement and motivation to your children.
Teacher Support
We provide gifted support through our helpful, professionally-trained teachers. These teachers provide gifted support in a variety of ways. If your child has a question about a particular assignment, he or she can easily send an instant message to one of our teachers. Within seconds, the teacher will respond with a helpful answer. This 1-on-1 tutoring is an essential part of a gifted education.
Our teachers are also available via email. All students have access to the Academy Message Center, where they can email each of their teachers with questions at any time. Teachers respond to students within the same day of receiving their email.
Our teachers develop close relationships with students and keep a detailed record of each student’s academic activities. Our teachers understand each child’s unique academic needs and are passionate about meeting those needs.
Helpful Member Service
Our Member Service professionals are equipped with the information necessary to answer your questions, and they take as much time as necessary to offer the gifted support you need.
