At The National Academy for the Gifted we try our best to be available to your questions and comments. No question will go unanswered, no comment will go unheeded. You can reach us in several ways:
Teachers can answer questions related to the gifted education curriculum content from 9AM-5PM EST through Raise Your Hand instant messaging software. They are happy to help your gifted child work through the trickier problems.
Member Service Representatives can answer questions about your account information, enrollment status, process orders, and help you work through technical difficulties. They can be reached 9AM-5PM EST by phone at 1-866-9-LEARN-9 or at any time via e-mail at MemberServices@TheNationalAcademyForTheGifted.org.
Academic Advisors can also be consulted for gifted education counseling or questions about your child’s gifted education experience. When you enroll, you will be placed in contact with a personal Academic Advisor. This individual will be available to contact via e-mail and phone.
