The National Academy for the Gifted cares about preparing gifted school students for success in the working world. One of the ways we do this is by offering a free Internet and Computer Tutorial. This gifted education course will give your child a basic understanding of manipulating a keyboard and mouse, browsing information on the internet, an introduction to searching for information on the internet, and more.
At The National Academy for the Gifted, your student will take full advantage of the wealth of information found on the Internet. Finding information on the Internet is simple. Finding the right information on the Internet is another story. This tutorial will teach gifted school students how to do basic research projects using information gleaned from the Information Superhighway.
The ability to interact with computer technology and navigate the Internet is an invaluable skill in today’s high-tech marketplace. A vast majority of jobs require a basic working knowledge of computers.
