Happy First Day of School!

Welcome to Language Arts 1.

During the course of the year, we'll be studying the building blocks of the alphabet and words.  We will focus on letter blends, begin to read storybooks, and learn how to recognize words on site.  We will learn through fun activities and games.  We can't wait to get started with you this year!

Goals & Objectives

Throughout the year we'll be studying how different letters combine to form different sounds.  We'll be doing all sorts of interactive online activities such as games, puzzles, and stories.  By the end of the year, you'll have a fundamental grasp on reading comprehension.
