Welcome Homeschooling Students!
Welcome to a new
year!
American History is a
fascinating and inspiring chronicle of the triumph of the human spirit. We'll
start with the Civil War and follow history through to the current
administration of George W. Bush. Your learning journey will include a variety
of discussions on domestic social movements and specific foreign policies as
they relate to our current political climate. We will discuss the benefits and
downfalls of specific political moves as well as the economic, cultural, and
social development of the Untied States over the course of the last century.
Students who do
not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. Let's learn from our mistakes
so that we can build a better tomorrow. Welcome to another year of learning
about our great nation.
